These are our standard panels. High efficiency vacuum tubes containing heat pipe concentrators, for unparalleled performance. The panels include our proprietary efficiency-boosting inter-tube reflector kit.
Providing hot water for domestic cylinders can be done with as little as 1 solar panel for a 200 ltr cylinder, for high water use, 2 x panels are required.
The system is modular so you can always start with one panel and add others later if necessary.

We have a pre-insulated, stainless steel, solar, twin tube called Duoflex or Armaflex high temperature insulation for those of you who prefer to use copper, either way our panels are not difficult to install.

Evacuated tube solar heating is designed to heat domestic hot water to at least 65 deg C, in domestic or commercial applications the solar energy can be used to heat a water cylinder, radiators, underfloor heating or to heat swimming pools, the solar panels are the key as evacuated solar tubes are exceptionally efficient (up to 93%).

Navitron evacuated tube solar heating panels produce hot water by harnessing the power of the suns UV radiation and is adapted to heat domestic hot water or swimming pools or any application In private homes or commercial applications.
20 Tube 47mm Navitron panel is enough to heat a hot water tank of around 170 litres, 2 panels up to 300ltrs, the system can be easily added to or adapted to suit a wide range of applications.
Every Navitron solar panel that is installed potentially reduce carbon dioxide levels by 150-300kG a year, for an average swimming pool, for a 10 x 5mtr pool you need around 12mtrs² of panels, this would save, on average, 2.7 tonnes of CO2 in ONE YEAR ALONE.

How and Evacuated Solar Tube Works
Feeling HOT, HOT, HOT
The bulb on the top of the Evacuated tube can exceed a temperature of 250 degrees centigrade!!
BUYER BEWARE, Navitron tubes do NOT have an acetone based heat transfer liquid in the heat pipe, cheaper panels do which means when they are superheated over and over again the liquid eventually breaks down and losses efficiency.
Navitron tubes do not suffer from this problem so check your tubes, Navitrons brand name is etched into every tube, if it's not marked Navitron, it's not from Navitron. |

The picture below shows a more basic design - which is commonly employed in hot countries such as Turkey, Greece, Mediterranean, Africa etc. This type of system does not employ heatpipes; instead the water fills the tubes, which in turn heat the header tank (which can vary between 85 and 220litres) by convection.

This system is far more basic, but has obvious advantages: no requirement for electric power, no controller, pipe insulation etc required and is very low-cost. However, it is less functional, too large to appear roof-integrated, cannot accept pressure system kits, cannot be used with a standard domestic hot water tank. |

This shows a typical solar panel installation heating a twin coil domestic hot water cylinder, the solar heating coil heats the cylinder by solar power by default but can be 'topped up" by a boiler or element if necessary, e.g during long periods of cloudy days/winter when the efficiency is reduced.
We have a range of solar pumping stations and controls to suit many applications including duel east/west panel applications, multiple cylinder installations, multiple heating sources.
We also have an integrated pumping station and heat exchanger to provide instantaneous hot water without the need for a cylinder for use in hot climats.
